This page explains what GoToCard does with the information you give us on this website. It is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
We only hold what you hand us. Through the contact form on this site that is:
- Your name and email address, so we know who you are and where to reply.
- Your phone number and company, if you choose to add them. Both are optional.
- The platform you selected, so we send you the right download link.
- The plan you said you were interested in, and the message you wrote.
Why we collect it
To answer your message, to send you the download link for your phone, and to understand which platforms and plans people are asking for. That is the whole list.
We do not build advertising profiles, we do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone for marketing.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for as long as the conversation is useful, and no longer than twenty four months. After that they are deleted.
You can ask us to delete your message sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep it for accounting or legal reasons.
Who else can see it
The company that hosts this site and its database can technically access the data in the course of running the service. They are bound by their own contractual duties of confidentiality.
Beyond that, only the people at GoToCard who need to read and answer your message.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites.
We look at aggregated page statistics, such as how many people opened the pricing section, to see which parts of the site are useful. Those figures are counted in a way that does not identify individual visitors.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form and say it is a privacy request, and we will handle it.
You will not be added to a newsletter because you filled in the contact form. If you want product updates by email, you have to ask for them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be described in plain language rather than buried in a paragraph.
